How to get good karma in your life:

Our desire becomes the action.Every action there will be reaction or result.Can we  anticipate result , we ought not. AS per Bhagawad gita ‘You have right only doing your work not for its results ‘.
While reaching our goals repeated efforts makes us perfect. We have control over our thoughts not in results. As there is a saying ‘Budhi karmanusarini’ it reads actions of a person are governered by his conscience (viveka) or discriminating power. As per the quote even our actions are control by our previous ‘karma’.But the question is what to do to have good thought or an action.
To get positive vibes:
1) Be empathetic (Sense and feel the pain of others and give empathy to them).
2) Be faithful (without self cheating).
3) Be kind to people and help them in any small way you can.
4) Love your family and friends.
5) Share your ‘knowledge’ to all.
6) Give your wisdom to the ‘qualified’.
7) Offer your time and resources to charities.
8) See positive in everything .
9) Go on pilgrimages.
10) Read spiritual books (Sastras).
11) Offer your money for good cause.
12) Sponsor your resources to holy places.
13) Pray for others .
14) Be with the people who are kind and virtuous(Satsanga).
My dear reader , these are the few but find and choose your own way to serve others.It will erases your negative and brings good ‘karma’.

Depression - what we can do

Depression or Deep Sadness
Life is like a heaven when we feel happiness in everything. It’s all about how we feel and ‘see’ the things.
Depression is the medical terminology related to psychological illness.For the sufferer it’s the most pathetic emotional situation.
Reasons could be many.But common cause is ‘living in the past’ or not relieved or unresolved emotional trauma.
If we keep on remembering ‘those’ bitter experience our present happiness will disappear.If we are not relieving those frustrations from our heart it will accumulate. It will release in a deferent form.That leads us un-natural behaviour.A chemical imballance will occur in our brain.
What we can do to cope up with  this :
1) Forget and Forgive.
2) Be with your near and dear ones.Speak with them about your ‘issue’.They give best support and help.
3) Avoid the people and situations causing you feel bad.
4) Write on paper your feelings and thoughts.
5) Do meditation.
6) Visit new places and stay there for a few days.
7) Make a new hobby.
8) Learn new skill or art.
9) Learn new language.
10) Listen  to music (Avoid sad type..)
11) Attend family meetings and local gatherings.
12) Engage in social service activities.
13) Spend in beautiful and peaceful places (Gardens , riversides).
14) Live for tomorrow’s great possibility.
15) Hope is the best medicine.
16) Have healthy food.
17) Have 8 hrs of sleep.
18) Consult psychiatrist.

Change is the continuous process in life .At each stage of our life we need to take decisions. Results will depend upon how wisely we take decisions.
In Sanskrit there is saying ‘Neera-Ksheera-Viveka’
Good things are precious and happen rarely.They available mixed with some impurities like lotus in the mud.The wise ones separate good and bad things.They accept  only the good things.Like a ‘Swan’ separating milk from water.
Set clear , consistent and accountable decisions.
Be like a Swan while taking decisions.

Balancing on Life

We may have so many doubts , confusions and difficulties.To get rid of all these we will use all resources .If we stuck at any stage we feel un happy.Few un resolved issues gives us frustrations.

Lacking of something or having of too much brings unhappy.As there is a saying 'Ati Sarvatra varjayet'.It reads One should refrain from 'too much' of anything.

Have these qualities in Life this makes you 'balanced'(happier) person.

Power of sub-conscious mind

Life always influenced on our social , cultural , economical and personal beliefs.We always try to ballance all these.we are on the way to reach our goals and wants.Now and then we come across difficulties , un expected sorrows and failures.We have to face it with confidence and lots of hope.Self help is best help.

We can get possitive thinking from our subconscious mind.If we give it to possitive commands it will help us to get solutions to our problems.

Subconscious mind is so powerful it can make you successful.But it needs to have possitive feelings.
